38 Finsbury is situated on the corner of Finsbury Square and Wilson Street equidistant between Moorgate and Liverpool Street Elizabeth Line stations. Previously occupied by Bloomberg until mid-2020, planning permission was achieved for redevelopment of the building in April 2022 and detailed design work is presently underway to reposition the building as a highly sustainable prime asset suitable for either a single HQ occupier or multiple tenants.

36 Queen Street was a freehold office building, designed originally by Sir Terry Farrell, located in a prime City of London area close to Bloomberg’s new London HQ. The building comprised 42,000 square feet on basement, ground and six upper floors.
