- West End or City of London
- £3 – 20 million
3. Central London Offices
- Multi-let
- £300-500 per sqft
- Active management and part refurbishment
- Minimum 6.5% yield
- £5 – 30 million
4. Industrial/Warehouse Property
- Multi-let
- £30-50 per sqft
- Active management
- Minimum 7.5% yield
- £5 – 20 million
