• Offices or industrial
• Multi-let
• Yields 8%+
• Top 10 Regional Cities
• £3 – 10 million
• Active management or rental growth prospects

2. Refurbishment Stock

• 1960’s or 1970’s buildings
• Grade C buildings in Grade A locations
• West End or City of London or top 10 Regional Cities
• £3 – 10 million

3. Central London Offices

• Multi-let
• £300 per sqft
• Active management and part refurbishment
• Minimum 7% yield
• £3 – 10 million
