Mill Street Partnership LLP (MSP)

MSP is a private investment fund established by L&O in 2005 to enable a group of on-shore and off-shore private individuals to invest in commercial property in the UK. MSP is asset managed by Mill Street Asset Management which is an L&O subsidiary.

MSP has invested in high quality income producing commercial property assets which allow, through cross collateralisation, the Fund to invest in refurbishment projects which produce enhanced development returns.
