MSP1 - Mill Street Partnership No. 1 LLP

MSP1 is a private investment fund established by L&O in 2005 to enable a group of on-shore and off-shore private individuals to invest in commercial property in the UK. MSP1 is asset managed by Mill Street Asset Management which is an L&O subsidiary.

MSP1 employs a strategy of investing in high quality income producing commercial property assets which allow, through cross collateralisation, the Fund to invest in refurbishment projects which produce enhanced development returns. MSP1 is a 7-year closed end fund with an option for a further 1 (+1) years if the investors should so decide.
