London & Oriental (L&O) is a property asset management company, established in 1995. The Partners of L&O are all Chartered Surveyors, who collectively, have over 90 years of experience in all aspects of commercial property investment and development. The business has developed into a successful and innovative real estate business based in Mayfair in the West End of London. The Partners currently asset manage a diverse and mixed commercial and residential portfolio either through direct joint venture or on behalf of specially formed property funds and for a number of on-shore and off-shore private investor clients.
L&O specialises in developing real estate investment stratagies for Property Funds and Private Investors and implementing those stratagies through the asset selection, funding, tax structuring and property management. L&O have well established in-house skills in all aspects of property acquisition including on-going development management, performance analysis and financial modelling.
L&O is know for its active management approach to all of its real estate assets and values highly the relationships it has established with investors, joint venture partners, professional advisers and all of the tenants in the varous portfolios it manages.
