Dovercourt Portfolio
Dovercourt Limited is the private property investment vehicle of a private Hong Kong Family and has been investing in UK commercial property through its joint venture with London & Oriental since 1995. The investment strategy of Dovercourt was to create a diverse active management property portfolio for long term investment. Dovercourt has invested in primarily office and industrial assets, but more recently has diversified further though investment in a data centre in Central London. A number of vacant office buildings have been acquired and through refurbishment programs, quality office schemes have been created, typically involving uneconomic “grade C” properties, but in top quality “grade A” locations. The most recent example of this is at 5 Lloyds Avenue, EC3, in the prime insurance district of the City of London.
